This trek offers you the opportunity to undertake a 11 day spiritual and cultural journey into the Everest region with your very own Yoga Teacher and experienced Mountain trekking guide.
During the trek, you will have the chance to complete your daily yoga practice under the guidance of an experienced Yoga teacher and in one of the most serene and peaceful settings in the world.
Day by Day Itinerary:
Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m/4,428ft)
Day 02: Fly to Lukla, trek to Phakding (2,651m/8,700ft): 40 minutes flight; 8km, 3 - 4 hours trek
Day 03: Morning yoga and trek to Namche Bazaar (3,438m/11,280 ft): 11km, 5 - 6 hours
Day 04: Acclimatization Day Morning yoga and explore Sherpa Museum, short hike to Syangboche airport and come back to Namche Bazaar: (3,440m/11,284ft)
Day 05: Morning yoga and trek to Tengboche (3,870m/12,694ft): 10km, 5- 6 hours
Day 06: Morning yoga and trek to Khumjung (3,880m/12,730ft): 8km, 4 hours
Day 07: Morning yoga and trek to Phakding (2,651m/8,700ft: 13km, 5 hours
Day 08: Morning yoga and trek to Lukla (2,860m/9,383ft): 4 hours
Day 09: Morning flight to Kathmandu (1,350m/4,428ft)
Day 10: Morning yoga breakfast and sightseeing in Kathmandu UNESCO World Heritage Sites (Kathmandu Durbar Square, Monkey Temple, Baudhanath and Pashupatinath)
Day 11: Final departure
